How to delete your account on the Mobbi app:

1. before deleting the MOBBI account make sure that the credit in the app is not negative

2. Open the MOBBI app

3. From the menu select “Profile”

4. Select “Delete Account”

5. Your account will be deleted, all registered personal data will be deleted immediately (including any remaining credit) and it will no longer be possible for you to access the app without registering again.

NOTES:

-Following this deletion request it will no longer be possible for us to restore the deleted account or export data to you or others.

-It is not possible to cancel accounts with negative credit, in case of problems write an email to service@mobbi.it

-The data may remain for a few days in the normal backup archive of the systems, until they are normally overflowed by more recent data, however the data in the backup copies are neither consultable nor exportable, nor individually recoverable.
